I didn't visit this place for about 2 years since I had a terrible customer service of the old owners son I thought I'd give the place a visit and to be honest the prices have gone up a little bit but honestly the food quality and customer service has improved so much great job magic grill finally some people who know how to run a business
The staff are brilliant, they cater for all your needs, the delivery drivers also are great.
Food is always hot and delivery time pretty quick, always order from here. 10/10
Just had food from here would definitely recommend food was piping hot and fresh great customer service too and it amazed me how while I was waiting for my food I realised the guy who runs the floor in there is soo soo young AMAZING keep it up guys. I found my new go to in canton 👊👊👊👊
This is usually my regular go to when I cba cooking. Usually fine, sometimes they get it wrong but I'm easy going I let it slide. Tonight, they've completely sent the wrong food, waited an hour not to happy but mistakes happen. Phoned them and received nothing but attuide. Told them I dont want the food and I want my money back. He told me he won't do it because the 'boss' wasn't in then put the phone down on me!
Very disappointed about the service, the receptionist who taking my order did repeated my order before I hang up my call, however after I received my meal, the missed out some of my requests and said will deliver back to me after their trade hours, I called to complained about my missing and wrong items at 11.42pm, the opening hours said till 00.30am , and the receptionist again said will delivery the missing item after one hour ( out of the opening hour ) as too busy to take new orders from the others. After one hour , there is no one delivering my missing items as I expected, therefore never ever order from This Magic Grill Kebab anymore.
