We have ordered from here for years. But our past two orders have been wrong and cold. Also taking longer and longer to arrive! Orders are supposed to be with you within 45 minutes but never arrives for a good 1 hour 30 minutes sometime longer! Which isn’t ideal when you have children you need to get to bed and they are having to wait until almost 8pm to eat dinner! More staff and better chefs needed I think!
Food was mediocre, was expecting more flavours since its Turkish owned. Not home-made nan bread like you would get with good kebab houses and the waiting time was abysmal. Waited nearly 20mins standing around in the shop for just two kebabs. They were too busy making food orders for telephone bookings and playing less attention to the customers standing in front of them. Compared with Windsor "Istanbul kebab House" this place needs to improve their flavours and customer service.
I ordered the chicken shish and lamb donner combo along with a large donner. Portions aren't bad, the meat is cooked well. Price wise, a bit steep but we're not spoilt for choice round here. I would go back
Been going here for years, foods always hot and staff always working hard. Can't fault them.
Well worth going a little further for, always hot and freshly prepared. Highly recommend
