Had to wait much longer than stated, food was clearly reheated(hadn't bothered to even stir the meat into the sauce), and then there was a main item missing when I got home. We contacted them immediately and were asked if we'd come back to get the missing item, which we refused, they then delivered it cold an hour later! A real shame as this used to be a great takeaway!

We’ve been using Soya for the best part of the 10 years we’ve lived in the area, and throughout that time their food has been consistently delicious and their service faultless. On top of that, their delivery driver deserves credit for sensitivity when he saw/heard me in the middle of recording a song, and thoughtfully very quietly left the delivery on our doorstep without ringing the doorbell - just making eye contact to be sure I’d seen him drop off. Thanks so much! Look forward to ordering again soon 😁

Our meal hasn't arrived after a two hour wait. I don't know whether the food is good or bad but I will not use them again. My daughter has driven up there as no one answers the phone. It's a Saturday night as well.

Certainly gone downhill drastically. We often used to get a takeaway from there but yesterday our 1/4 crispy duck was probably 80% skin and fat and certainly wasn't crispy. The lemon chicken was 'floppy' (not a very technical term, but descriptive) and rather tasteless. We used to recommend them to friends but we certainly won't be going back.

Easy to order. Fast delivery. Fresh and hot. Great satay chicken. Couldn't fault it. Absolutely delicious. Will order again
