Usually good but last night was awful! Order took over an hour and 15 minutes. After an hour when I called to find out how much longer it would be I was put on hold and never spoken to again. The food was sloppy, almost not cooked long enough. The food was room temperature, I think it was sat in the delivery drivers car too long. If the food did indeed leave when DOM stated it took 40 minutes. Pizza sat for 40 minutes before delivery is always going to be awful. We threw most of it in the bin! Won’t be ordering again.
Always fast delivery - pizza and sides good quality. Friendly staff - accidentally ordered collection when delivery was intended last time. A quick call and they helpfully changed this for me
Terrible service today, get the order wrong then charge for the replacement! Saying I asked for the pizza that way. There is no way I would as I'm allergic to what they sent! Disgraceful, never had this from any other domino's location
Usually a very good place to obtain pizza in the area, and would usually recommend. Today is different, pizzas arrived lukewarm and I have seen more cheese on a Tesco value pizza. I understand that the lockdown might be affecting business but to save money by reducing cheese is not the way to go.
Great shop, staff are friendly and really deliver pizzas HOT.
