A massive selection of stuff in what's a relatively small deli. This place is like a treasure trove of all things wonderful about food. Karen and David, the owners, are clearly passionate about what they do and are a wealth of knowledge and information about everything they sell. Whether you want something from their butchery counter, a selection of cheeses, fresh fruit and veg, or any of the wines, tinned or dried goods you can be guaranteed that the quality of everything they sell is exceptional and carefully chosen. If you're in or around the area, this deli is definitely worth a stop at. Wholeheartedly recommended

Fabulous deli with excellent cheese wine and butcher.
This place offers great cheerful and friendly service. The salt marsh lamb is the best tasting lamb you will find anywhere, Dave's knowledge of butchery and food preparation makes this the place to get your weekly meat, for special occasions like family dinner parties , Easter, Christmas and summer BBQs, you cannot go wrong at Al Ponte, you even get advice on how best to cook it.
