Visited the store today. Even though I arrived early, almost immediately i was attended to and the whole system was super efficient and everyone was very friendly. Couldn't ask for better support or a nicer team and will continue to visit this branch exclusively.

Wanted to purchase a pair of trousers . Arrived when store was open to be told oh we shut upstairs at 10pm , really ? Why stay open if you shut areas that prevent customers purchasing . Great customer service not and explains the decline of Tesco .

Ordered glasses but unfortunately weren't able to do glasses with the frames that I had chosen. So was recalled to select another frame . Rebecca Ferris manager of the store was very patient and polite . Couldn't of wish for more help and went beyond to help me get a suitable frame for my prescription.. in the end after contacting the manufacturers I was able to keep my original frames . Rebecca was so helpful and positive about helping me . I would highly recommend this store . Keep up the good work thank you very much Rebecca for all your help and assistance
