Couldn't ask better service! The products I have received are absolutely brilliant! They're all of very high quality and I was delighted to find that they came supplied with batteries. The lingerie I ordered is also of very high quality and true to the photos provided, they're beautiful. I could not be happier - money well spent! I must also applaud the help team, when there was a problem with my order my emails were responded to in record speed! Once again a very happy customer.

I've shopped with Shop Naughty a handful of times and never had reason to complain. Products arrive quickly and they're always packed well. Besides that I've been in contact with their customer support on a couple of occasions when I had questions, and they are very nice both in word and action. In the past they have sent a lot of emails with offers, but lately they seem to have reduced the amount somewhat. Not that it's a big deal though, since the emails aren't pushy and if you really mind you can just opt out. I honestly haven't had a better experience with any other webshop. Keep up the good work !!!

I recently ordered from this site and company for the first time last week. I had heard of it but I had never really got round to buying from them but I found an item that I could only find on this site. I ordered and paid with paypal no problem, received an email confirmation and only 24 hours later my item was promptly shipped and I was provided with tracking and an email confirmation once my item was delivered. was very happy with the item, and service.
