Our first time stopping with ND John Wine Merchant and it won't be our last. The description of their wines was the most detailed we've read anywhere, so knowledgable and helpful. Best of all, the range of their Italian wines is the most varied we've found, way better than the usual supermarkets. The quality is excellent too. Plus, delivery was cheap and quick. Cannot fault them. Now starting to wonder if we should move to Swansea to be nearer to them...!

Well stocked independent wine merchants with friendly staff and a large and excellent selection of wines, including wines from regions that you rarely find in supermarkets. They also have great and ever changing range of high quality craft ales and beers. Price wise, the wines tend to be slightly more expensive than supermarkets, but I've never been disappointed by a bottle that I've bought from them. Craft beers prices are very variable and range from the reasonable to expensive. Generally speaking, if you can find the same beer in a supermarket, which isn't very often, then it'll be 5-40% cheaper at the supermarket.

Fantastic customer service, placed our first order with ND John wine merchants just before Xmas, unfortunately the courier wasn't able to deliver before Christmas (probably my fault for leaving it so late) but I got a phone call from NDJohns to let me know which I thought was great service. Our order was delivered just after Christmas, unfortunately the warehouse had somehow managed to send 4 bottles of red wine instead of the 4 bottles of white I had ordered, I rang NDJohns and without any quibble and with a full apology they arranged then and there for our order to be resent on a next day delivery and complimented us two bottles of the red by way of apology. This level of customer service is sadly hard to find these days, but we have definitely found our new wine provider! Oh and the surprise chocolate giant coin went down a treat with our 8 year old!! Fab service and would fully recommend.

Fantastic service!! Thank you for the "surprise" package it was a very nice one and I will enjoy them with a nice cup of coffee!! I have to say the speed of the delivery from order to door was fantastic. I have and will recommend to anyone wishing to purchase wines that you stock in the future and look forward to utilising your service again soon.
