Never had a bad experience here...today was the same. From the patience whilst we figured out what we wanted to order, her helpfulness to the timing and collection....seamless! If you're picking between Chelmer Village and Duke Street there's nothing to think about. Chelmer Village is the only option!
You have to order via the app which was not easy and the selection of food is fairly limited at the moment. It will be so nice when things are back to a more normal basis and the full buffet is back, it's basically a small pizza and a bit of salad. The venue was clean and the staff are trying hard to do their jobs but it would have been nice to have had a bit more interaction. Pizza hut need to see how harvester follow the covid guidelines in a much more customer friendly way.
Very clean with clear strict procedures in place during covid19 pandemic. Felt very safe to eat there. Food all hot and fresh, friendly polite staff.
Perfect not many people there new service system not working takes forever to receive order even though restaurant was extremely quite
Nice pizzas, I suppose they should be! Had a voucher so half price, you'd have to be either mad or mega rich to go without one. Air conditioning quite high so take some extra clothes.
