Food lovely table was free but dirty had hair on it had use wipes my own 😳
I often take my friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the cooking is tasty and the team is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we pass a lovely evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.
I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. We loved the nice vibes and the menu. The waiters are very affable. I’m content we eventually managed to visit this restaurant.
I'm sitting in McDonald's in the high street Chelmsford. I was greeted at the door my a nice young man who pointed me in the right direction. I used the touch screen to order my food.
The young man pointed me to where I should stand which was great.
I waited a minute and a girl with long pink hair in a ponytail shouted my number I approached to collect it, there was know eye contact she walked away disinterested in any form of customer service. I called to her if I could have some ketchup, she basically chucked it in the bag and walked away again with attitude never even spoke to me, no please,thank you nothing. It wasn't even busy there was know one being served after me.
The only other saving grace was a member of staff walked in to obviously start her shift and she said "Good Morning!" to the customers which was lovely. She had dark brown hair tied up in a short ponytail.
So for my visit I gave 3 stars, but definitely customer service training needed for the member of staff handing out the food.
