Lovely little sushi restaurant, their all you can eat menu is a great deal. Food is well presented and nicely portioned. The Dragon Roll and the Spicy Tuna Roll were our stand out favourites. Service was good although they did forget one of our dishes. Would still highly recommend a visit

Sushi one, is really good value for money, its all you can eat buffett. If i could just rate it on the food I would. Service could of been a bit better to be honest. We kept missing some of our items from the menu, and atmosphere made us feel like we should leave. But all in all amazing sushi.

First time visiting Sushi One tonight and we were very impressed. Delicious fresh sushi and lots of other exciting dishes to try too. Service was great, the staff are friendly and helpful, recommending dishes to try. Will definitely be back soon and will recommend to family and friends.

Ordered this twice on just eat with my family & they all loved it. Especially since a lot of them, this was their first Japanese experience. My only issue was that some of the sushi has WAAAY too much rice on it. 90% rice so you can barely enjoy the seafood. The food is good but its not the best Japanese food you can get in the UK but probably the only Japanese food you can get in chelmsford so can’t complain too much i guess.

The restaurant decor was beautiful and the staff were very attentive and friendly. There was a nice atmosphere and I thought the japanese music they had playing was a nice touch. Great selection of sake! If you're new to Japanese food then I think you would enjoy this place! There is a large selection of sushi and hot dishes. However If you are looking for authentic Japanese food, this is not the place. The food that is served is a very westernised version of Japanese cuisine. Personally whilst I thought the food was okay and I was certainly full when I left, it did not satisfy my craving for Japanese food. I also though that perhaps the amount of rice on some of the sushi could have been smaller. Some of the fried items seemed like they were not made fresh in house, It would have been nicer if they were. But perhaps that is difficult in an all you can eat setting.
