Food great, service unbelievably slow
Myself and my son visited last night (before the virus, we were regular customers) we ordered nachos to share and the waitress asked if we would like large, of course knowing that they are excellent from byron we said yes.....they came out of the kitchen as a normal size...I asked if we could have some more as it was a normal size, weight our large size. We ordered a beer each, a burger each and cost me fifty pounds?? Very disappointed
Food was great when it all came but ordering process all went wrong from the start. The waitress said there was an issue with the technology and that's why half the order came and then we had to wait 10minutes for the rest. Would have been nice to be offered something complimentary as a result. Maybe the lockdown break has broken their process so let's give them a chance to sort it out but if it happens next time I take the kids there I'm afraid my rating will slip even further.
Great food, great service. Special mention for Paul who serviced us and made us feel extremely welcome and was very helpful and attentive.

Ordered blue cheese burger could hardly taste the cheese, burger was overcooked for what I ordered
