Busy busy busy
Yesterday was my first experience at Wagamama's. It was the night before lock-down and we expected to be rushed with orders and food. It was the complete opposite - other than having to wait for a table which was expected we had great service. I was served by a manager called Jasmine as i had food allergies. She knew that menu very well and knew what i could and couldn't have which was extremely refreshing as i usually struggle to eat out. She was so kind, patient and a lovely person overall. Credit where its due!
She also noticed i had birthday presents and gave me a desert on the house for my birthday. A great little touch! Thank you Jasmine for making my first experience a good one! i will defiantly be back!!
Delicious
I eat in this restaurant quite often! This is the best place to dine. I go there routinely. The food is excellent, the staff members are courteous and the price is reasonable. I enjoy going in this spot over a good dinner.
I was served by Winnie. She introduced herself, was polite, informed, helpful and smiling. Such simple things but it made my experience perfect. Some high profile restaurants could come and learn a lot from this person.
