Ordered a rice box with popcorn chicken. I got home 4 minute drive away & found all the chicken stone cold. I tried ringing up a few times, butt no answer, so I drove back there. The woman took my food & took it around the back, where they gathered around it like they were looking at a dead body. She then remade my order, & decided to eat it in my car. I then found I was given a salad box instead of a ricebox, so I went back in. The woman then told me I had ordered a saladbox. I wish I didn't speak English cos then I would have got the right order. I won't be spending my £s in here ever again
Ordered 2 pieces of chicken & chips.. chips were between cold and warm, the chicken pieces were the smallest I have ever been served from kfc.. wouldn’t go back to this store again.. very dissatisfied
This place has no respect for customers rude never will I be back to this place wrong order and missing items found 2 hairs in food I WILL be taking this matter further!!!
Placed a £25 order with Uber eats. This was at 7:20pm. The food arrived at 9:05pm. Despite being assured by the delivery guy it was warm, when we opened it up, it was stone cold. Very poor service.
Quick service even with a huge queue so i can't complain! And obviously who doesn't love a KFC eh?
