Ordered via deliveroo, the food was cold but tasty. Check your orders, sauces and other associated napkins missing. First time the order has been complete. Usually the extra bits I have ordered always missing, so I simply don't order them anymore. That's hitting the bottom line. Improvement needed and to be discuss with the delivery team.
Had our order delivered 2 meals no drinks delivered our chicken could of been squeezed out and re cooked in all the grease and oil in it I tried ringing but no answer I wonder why

Very prompt service and helpful staff. Do yourself a favour, get and use the KFC app. Its brilliant and gives you rewards . Easy to use.
Ordered the popcorn meal. Gravy and it arrived with half the food. They wouldn't refund so needed to contact deliveroo. I will never order KFC AGAIN
Ordered through deliveroo and it arrived missing all the chips to the meals and Luke warm at best, deliveroo take a few days to comment back about the issue and KFC town site ignore their phones so can't sort it out that way.
