Honestly fantastic service and food. Not sure why so many negative reviews this place goes above and beyond and I've eaten at some fine dining restaurants. Keep up the good work, will be back soon.
This place is a victim of its own success
They seem to have forsaken customer service
For as many orders they can take in...
We ordered online and didn't receive all the order when i phone them i was told that they had no drivers to bring back the missing bits of my order and that the next time we ordered we would get our money back...well not gonna happen as we will not be ordering again ...bad customer service
You can tell a lot about a kebab shop by the chilli sauce. Dilans is great, smokey low heat home stewed style sauce, then perfectly cooked chargrilled chicken and just the right amount of salad with all the components. Lovely service, friendly staff. Best kebab in town, and the hot wings are pretty good too. Phone through and collect in person.
Been using Dilans many many years now. Never ever had a bad one. Always great food.
But a shame just eat and deliveroo seem to be making it tough on the phone orders at times(like its doing with all the food places). I now only go in and order. Otherwise cant recommend them enough
