Used the drive thru as currently you can only go in to collect orders but this was great. Why get out the car when you can be served in it! Food was really good quality, very hot and a great price. Only second time we have been but we will be back.
Friendly staff and tasty chicken. Chips are always a disappointment but that's the same for any KFC. They can be a little slow to serve and have food ready but as I've said the staff are all friendly and helpful. All in all I'd say above average.
I went to KFC after struggling to find anything vegetarian in maldon.I went hoping for a vegan herb burger but due to covid there wasn’t any in stock but the amazing guy working the window help me and i had a rice box which was way better than the vegan burger would have been.I just want to thanks the lovely guy for helping me and being so kind.Hopefully he can see this and i wanna say thank you you made my day :)

The staff were, very polite, the food was as always very nice. And i would recommend this KFC. To everyone.
Got to the window and ordered a bargain bucket and a vegan burger, they said they don't have the vegan burger because of corona 🤣 so I said no problem he will just have a couple portions of chips. They replyed by saying their chips aren't veggie let alone vegan! Cross contamination with the chicken and chips is the only logical thing I can think of to why the chips are not veggie
