We booked online tickets to watch the performance of Cinderella from 2019 and were highly impressed. This year has meant so much disruption to our lives and pantomimes are a massive part of our country's Christmas experience, so it was brilliant to be able to embrace it still. Such high quality performances, design and tonnes of fun. Thank you very much.
Just spent £135 booking tickets for what we thought was this years pantomime. 5 minutes after the transaction, my husband realised it was next years dates. I phoned for a refund immediately and they refused.
My husband had been sent an email with a massive full colour advertisement for Aladdin, being the main purpose of the email. Following today's news that pantomimes around the country are opening, we assumed the Mercury were now pushing sales. As far as I am concerned this is deceptive advertising. BE VERY CAREFUL.
Good pantomime of Jack and the Beanstalk we sat the front and we had a rest Performers and we saw Flesh ceeep then daisy the Cow and Jill and fairy and Tracy was slap Jack Trott. S hand and she was saw him it her hero Lovey Jack
We went to see the panto at the new venue The little of the panto we saw was good, however we left before the interval as the seating was so uncomfortable. The seats were so close that Every time the lady in front of me moved, her chair bashed into my knees. There were just too many seats in the space available. We have always supported the Mercury, but we won't be visiting while ever it is at this venue
We thoroughly enjoy this theatre and would love to get there more often. A particularly great touch is the availability of extended parking at a reasonable price when you book tickets.
