A bit disappointed that I took my dog here for a groom as I noticed she had dirt under her fur. 2 days after returning home I noticed a flea on my dog, took her to the vet for treatment and they explained that the dirt (which was really visible as my dog is cream and there was lots of black specks on her skin) was actually flea dirt. This should have been picked up by the dog groomer and I should have been told, especially since she came back still with the flea dirt still all over her. I called them to advise them what had happened and to ask how they had missed it, their answer was "No there was nothing on the dog to suggest there was a problem" which is concerning as I had already noticed it and now I'm left wondering what care and attention they actually take during the grooming process. A shame because the staff there are lovely and usually I am happy with the job they do, but now I'm going to have to get her groomed again after her flea treatment to remove the dirt Note: She did not catch the fleas from the groomers!

Brilliant, staff are really friendly and excellent customer service. My dog has been coming here for the last 2 years and he loves it as with the ones before I had trouble getting him to go in. We buy all his food here too and I know my dog is getting the best quality food

I've have taken my dog ther since he was a pup and I find them all very very nice and even in these circumstances you can be sure all is taken care of distance wise the whole experience is just perfect

Very clean groomers are lovely my darli g Darcy lives gping there abd they do a super job.
