What a shame food is spot on but the delivery service is terrible 2nd time it has happened being over an hour and half late.
Phoned to be told it has left..... 20 minuets later to get told it has just left.
Unless the driver takes a scenic route to my house or has really bad directions.
Such a let down as the food is great.
In future will go collect the food and STRONGLY advise you to go collect unless you want to wait over 2 hours for food.
Normally order via just eat. Not arrived after an hour so called the restaurant to be told driver just leaving. Staff were rude and put the phone down on us. After another 45 min placed another phone call to be told it won’t be long. Staff again were rude and put the phone down and later denied receiving the second phone call. My husband eventually went in there 2 hours after the order was placed to find out the food hadn’t even been cooked. When we eventually got the order home a portion of chips were missing, the burger and fish were also cold. Such a shame as the food from here used to be such good quality.
I tried this spot in the past with my friend and I am obsessed ever since. I love the great ambience and fresh dishes and beverages. 5 stars.
Has had a number of changes in the years we have visited but honestly it's really good... Its very underwhelming shop front but very civil owners and really lovely food fortifying you prior to the walk along the promenade
