I arrive at this marvelous restaurant many times since I love the special air that is outline this place. The crew is exceptionally friendly and professional. The service is absolutely fast. Not to mention, the food you get is good. I ate there more than once and I was never disappointed. The payment is decent. I highly suggest this place to to everybody.
Worst collection experience ever... Arrived to collect my order at 6.10 then waited a half hour for host to even look at me, then to be told to sit down a wait. By the time I got my takeaway order the pizza and sides were cold and on top of that, they didn't give me the dips. The receipt says the pizza was ready at 6.07 and I didn't get it until 6.42. I understand that they are dealing with this whole Covid thing but to not even be acknowledged when I said I had a collection numerous times, waving my order on my phone. I will not order from this place again, very poor experience.
Visited for lunch today and had the new version buffet which worked really well. It was really easy to order and pay from your phone. All staff were working so hard due to an unexpectedly busy lunchtime but could not have done any more to make sure everyone was ok. Fantastic team in the Harlow branch working this Monday lunchtime shift.
Visited for dinner. Staff very friendly and despite the circumstances of life at the moment did very well with all COVID measures to provide a good night. Food was great too.
Pizza... and they do it well. Not been for a while, a few changes in place to accommodate covid rules... but still tasty vittles as they say in the US of A
