Staff manning doors were quite rude to my friends daughter over eat out to help out. And they were the mature women. Otherwise fast service
Was a good mcdonalds and I dont say that often.
Nice new restaurant. Covid secure processes were spot on. Couldn't get the app to work for ordering so had to use the ordering point. Eat to help out made the deal a bit sweeter.
Rude staff on door as a family that has been very safe throughout lockdown we were visiting this McDonald's as a treat for the kids before heading back home from our caravan and it was a disgrace I am exempt from wearing a mask due to health issues but still have one to wear to respect the rules people have in place.. because I didn't have one on we were turned away only for the family behind to walk straight in with no masks at all on because they knew the guy on the door... so we did the drive thru and sat and ate in the car to find there were a few bits missing so I've gone to the guy at the door and told him and the response was what else do want which is so disgusting so my reply was well if the order was right I wouldn't have to ask you to fix it would I, that shut him up first and last time ever coming to this McDonald's
Due to covid I understand that rules apply but I feel staff could be trained more in communication to talk to people better I do not like being talked down to a simple bit of understanding and being polite means a lot been to other McDonald's and been treated much better.
