Called yesterday evening, the gentleman that answered the phone was ever so helpful and made sure we got value for money. Delivery was excellent to our hotel and pizza's delicious! Thank you.

Ordered a delivery over the phone which they said would be 25-35 minutes. Almost an hour an a half later I called asking where it was, they said it was on it's way. 40 minutes later I called asking where it was, they tell me they don't deliver to my address but this one time because of the 2 hour mistake they'd deliver it anyway and give me my couple of sides worth £6 free. 40 minutes later it turned up, one of the half and half pizzas was wrong. Toppings were clumped up too, not even decently made pizzas. Had to use a knife and fork eventually because I can't pick up a slice of pizza with 3 meatballs, 2 slices of pork and bacon on one corner and a single slice of pepperoni on the rest without it just falling apart. I don't often leave reviews and I still wouldn't have after the 3 hour delivery wait, but the wrong pizza order and terrible topping arrangements that I had to pick off and move about were the last straw.

Missed the garlic bread off my order and sent spicy chicken instead (which no one will eat). Was offered a garlic bread that would take a minimum of 30 mins to arrive which is no good when the rest has already been eaten or left to go cold. Alternatively offered a free side when I next order which doesn’t help with the order I had! I suggested that maybe someone could drop off a tub of ice cream so that we could have it after we’d finished but it was too expensive apparently. Poor customer service considering the margins they are making for a pizza in the first place. Won’t use again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else as they don’t value their customers enough to lose £1 on a tub of ice cream! Papa John’s however do seem to get it right! Holiday makers, there are better places to go! I would also point out it’s not the first time they got my order wrong...
