Disappointing 😒 we have used this fish and chip shop regularly over the years and the taste is always good, the chips, fish, sausages, pies etc. but every so often they make a mistake with the order and this time we felt let down as the food, all of it, was cold. We had a takeaway (obviously due to covid) and they weren't busy ! 3 staff members who stood there and still couldn't get it right. Sorry, but we will be going elsewhere in future.
After a very disappointing phone call this morning it’s a shame you couldn’t take a credit card payment over the phone from family who are overseas. I know it’s not what you usually do but in these strange times as a one off maybe you could have gone out of the box and even seemed like you cared. This was for a very loyal long term Elderly customer who buys from you every week and has for many many years we just wanted to give him a surprise.
Best kebab shop in Clacton. GREAT FOOD not tried the fish but the chips and kebabs are excellent.
Great customer service and great food all round plus good portions too
Really good fish .chips good to sit in and very comfortable highly recommended
