Friendly service always found it to be clean. They forgot our milkshake on one of or orders and were quick to apologise and replace . Traffic wise it gets very busy and if your parking be warned ,If you park in the carpark behind macdonalds this is the Starbucks carpark and you will get a ticket if you don't go in Starbucks. This has been posted on alot of the local social media pages where they have received a ticket for parking in the wrong carpark due to the macdonalds one being full they have walked across. There are signs when you drive in on the left

Was approached by a rude member of staff upon entering (I believe they were a manager) demanding I had to buy something. I needed to use the toilet and was instead forced to use the touch screen ordering system. When I was getting my order another member of staff was just holding my food and chatting to others. I had to get her attention to get my order. Have worked in a Mc Donald's before and it was much better than this.

A short stop fora quick bite on the go. Unlike a lot of McD's this place serves neatly made sandwiches and burgers. Waiting time was reasonable considering time of the day and location. Four stars because of tiny car park filled with mostly minicabs and other people carriers waiting for their flights.

What can I say...it's McDonald's. The good thing with this one is you can use it to stop in if picking someone up. You can stay in the car park for 1hour so simply buy something even if just a coffee and wait in the car.

Had to drive through drive through twice and still didn't get what I asked for. They should let you know that you're getting a book in your happy meal unless you ask specifically for toy. Don't go to MCD often so didn't know they were doing books...
