Long waiting time. Very rude waitress. Avoid

Was very surprised how quiet the restaurant was only 4 or 5 tables taken even though it was peek time, but all the other restaurants around them were very busy and some had a waiting time. Then we found out one of the reasons F&B may be empty the food portions were WOW so small - did we order from the child menu! No we didn’t. Restaurant were great and the restaurant was clean but if food you order looks so small on the plate then this could be one of the reasons why people are not rushing to the restaurant. I know we have COVID and most restaurants have been affected by the loss of income but cutting back on the amount of food you serve on a plate maybe going too far. Visit the restaurant but don’t be surprised if you come away with both an empty pocket and empty tummy.

The harlow restaurant is a lovely place to dine. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere. The price of the food alone is enough to make me not go back or recommend Frankie & Benny's. The food is nice, but I could have the same size and quality meal in a pub for less than half the price.

Just had a lovely meal, Jodie was a brilliant waitress, so polite and friendly and asked if we needed anything. All the waiters are lovely and the atmosphere is great!

Bad food, poor service ... after a long wait, I was take raw meat and chicken twice. The server told me that this happened because the kitchen was giving priority to delivery, which is a huge lack of respect. I’ll never come back here, better to go to McDonalds next time.
