Food was cold after 2 hours wait half of order was missing on phoning was told would add it to my next order Will not be going back

I will never use this restaurant again. The delivery times have been getting longer and longer. One evening I was waiting for nearly 2 hours for my food to be delivered. The meal I had last night was dangerously salty. The Motor Paneer was inedible from the salt content. The Masala was almost as bad. The poppadum's tasted like old chip fat. When I first started using Bishaal, everything was good, but the quality has really gone down hill. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I always get a takeaway and its always excellent. They will also adapt menu to suit my liking. Excellent service and food

Very unusual to get service with a smile here. It feels like they are doing you a favour by cooking your food. Some dishes are lovely (although quite greasy), other dishes (most dishes, in the half a dozen times I've got a takeaway from here) are hardly recognisable as the curry you ordered because they are so awful.
