Recently purchased a used Ducati multistrada 2018 model. Very impressed with the after sales service and putting a few things right with no quibble. Highly recommend this dealer.
Visited Woods yesterday for a second service on my Triumph T120. Pulled up in there spacious parking area with picnic benches supplied for customers to relax on, went to service reception where i was greeted by Kieran who new my name and why i was there. Treated like customers from the beginning, looked after us with coffee brought out to us and someone even nipped out for milk as they had ran out. The motorcycle was serviced on time, within the quoted price. Visiting Woods was a pleasant experience from Hello to goodbye, would highly reccomend this motorcycle dealer.
Plenty of sanitizer, wipes for visors etc etc, they seem to have thought of everything.
