Failed to deliver a parcel from overseas and then lost it and then no help whatsoever
Totally useless
Easy access for picking up parcels
I know these times are not as they should be but this service is awful, tried ringing not answered phone put down or engaged all the time, delivery service hit and miss at best!
Never had 1 single delivery problem in 20 or so years our postie is first class so , people must bare with them at this time thanks ******
Could not have been more helpful.
As a item that was told .me have been held with Royal Mail I have been told they have not recieved it.
Have now asked supplier in China for more details.
