picked up at home and taken to my own room for 72 hrs staff could do with white gloves when handing out ur food and the hot drinks on tap just press the button on the wall... and watch the set of eyes in the hatch telling you not to press the bell ..... and got dropped off back home with lots of paper work and a new bag i didnt have to pay for winner.........

Great bedding, simplistic and minimalist rooms and friendly staff. Plus 24/7 room service is the best going in Caernarfon. The staff are absolutely amazing, more than happy to help whenever needed. Felt slightly ill and was offered advice on how to feel better almost immediately. Plus the free shuttle service was next to nothing. If I had to get arrested again, I would definitely choose to be arrested in the Western Division.

I recommend suite 13 great views good tea and coffee facilities on suite toilets lovely big play area if ur bored and the staff at reception as u walk in are so friendly and helpful and also they operate a free shuttle service highly recommend
