Because the staff are very nice 😊
No staff acknowledged us, the place was empty so we found a table. Asked for a high chair, staff member just about managed to point to the upstairs section. No menus or prices on counter food, asked for menu told to look outside on some A4 posters no vegetarian option just burgers or fish and chips. Staff were too busy chatting in the back to serve. We gave up and left - pity we can’t leave zero stars.
It's very basic inside, the staff are friendly but wow the price of the food and drinks are so high.
I went for lunch with my mum and I refused to eat £2.95 for a pie on its own. Even my can of pop cost nearly £2.00. My bill came to just over £6.50 for one coffee, one can of pop and one slice of toast.
We just had our drinks and left.
Friendly service. All socially distanced. I felt very comfortable there and I enjoyed my meal.
Good meals at reasonable price with covid precautions adhered to.
