Started using Pundits after the first lockdown and can't recommend the food and the service more highly. Always a friendly service and happy to see us whether we pick up a takeaway or they deliver. Good value for money - big portions - but quality food. Delivery is always on time or arrives before the estimate they give. Have given us a free bottle of wine or beer on occasion, which has been a really nice gesture. All in all, one of the best Indian takeaways in Cheltenham!

We had a lovely anniversary dinner here even though it was quiet. We were welcomed in straight away and the service was great. The salmon was amazing and so were our starters. Lovely modern place upstairs.

I'm guessing the high star rating is due to takeaways rather than eating in. I haven't tried the takeaway service, but definitely can't recommend the eat in restaurant. When we turned up, they'd lost our booking. Fortunately, they found a table for us. The ambience isn't great, with delivery drivers bustling around and coming and going from the small dining area all evening. Loved the chilli dip served with the poppadoms - not one I've had before from an Indian, but a welcome positive. The waiter had forgotten serviettes for our starter and we had to ask for them for our main. Food was pretty good, though the pathia curry I enjoyed was on the sweet side (too much sugar). The toilets are downstairs, through a disused seating area full of storage boxes. The bathroom desperately needed a good clean and decorating, with thick dust on the furnishings and many holes in the walls. No toilet roll! Not a pleasant experience. Has the potential to be much better for diners wishing to eat in.

We order once a month from Pundits - usually very happy. Our last order was 1 hour 45 minutes (50 minute estimated on uber eats). It arrived late, with half the order missing - one curry wasn't there..... What a waste of a nice evening, and all we got offered was one curry on the house within one week only + delivery charge. We cannot afford take away each week, what a waste and pretty inconsiderate on such a big mistake on their part. Will not be eating here again, such a shame - you should be more respectful regarding compensation for your mistakes.

We came here on a Monday evening in December. Sadly, due to Covid-19 it was a quiet evening. However, we had incredible service and fantastic food. We were made to feel welcome and didn’t feel rushed or awkward despite the lack of other tables. Our order of Chicken Tikka Madras, Garlic Chilli Chicken and a selection of paratha and chapati was all amazing. Delicious food with plenty of flavour. We will happily return and look forward to an evening when we are out of government restrictions. Thank you Pundits!!
