I have to echo the last reviewer sadly. We were looking forward to eating here after having had a couple of nice meals in the past couple of years. This visit was very disappointing from word go! The waiter could be heard stumbling up the stairs and appeared with our tray of drinks that had tipped over and he proceeded to give our glasses with ice in (for spring water) that were now a rosy shade of red as the cubes had absorbed all my husbands red wine!! I asked for fresh glasses which were snatched up and off the waiter stomped back down the stairs! This waiter appeared to lack any kind of people skills which is kind of required when serving people in a restaurant really! He brought other tables’ poppadoms and drink to our table and forgot our cutlery twice so we were kept waiting with no apology. Upstairs wasn’t particularly busy yet he constantly looked stressed and rushed. I think the fault lies with the owner really...they need to ensure staff are trained in providing customer service. I am astonished that so many places nowadays seem to be incapable of realising that people want some kind of ambience and pleasant experience when eating out...otherwise we can get a take away!! At the end of our meal we asked for our bill and waited...and waited to then be told that we had to go downstairs to the card machine and ‘pay in the way out’! Cheers 😟

Very nice evening. Food great i wanted the fish but donot like cream sauces so they made a tomato based one. Service brilliant.

Myself and my girlfriend visit to the restaurant was quite an unpleasant in comparison to few others. Anyone who had displeasing experience would partially relate to us. Majority of the food provided were stale, it tasted and appeared like it was microwaved rather than cooked fresh meal, although the portion were great. The Poppadom offered was soft and had lost its crunchiness just like some of the staff's manner in there. The fresh/quality of the food was distinguishably poor.

Good food, service a bit slow, but otherwise friendly.

Food excellent, service flawless! Fantastic experience and the only disappointment is that this isn't my local Indian restaurant. Hope to be back here again!
