The best restaurant in Cheltenham! The food is absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is perfect for that date night or going out with friends, and the staff are attentive and wonderful. If you haven't been here you should go, you will not be disappointed.

My favourite restaurant in town! The food is so rich it's heavenly. The menu is small but all very fresh and the waiting staff are knowledgeable about each dish. They do a really good lunch time deal also. I've never seen any vegan or veggie options though which would be my only critique. The restaurant is in a basement with some tight steps down so is unsuitable for wheel chair access.

Great atmosphere, transported back to France of yesteryear! How refreshing to be looked after people who care about what they do and are knowledgeable. Good ingredients well prepared and at honest prices. Looking forward to going back.

Like finding out you have a long lost French Grandmother, taking an epic trip through rural France trying to find her, being accepted by the local people in a rustic French village while being offered endless cheese and delicious local delicacies. You finally find your French grandma cooking in the local bistro. The smell of delicious food and coffee and laughter fills the air. Time finally slows down. You feel at home.

Fantastic almost covert french restaurant hidden away in cheltenham. PCB has a nice relaxed feel with a focus on the palate. The menu is concise and not particularly outstanding, however, this changes once you taste the meal. The chef has worked wonders with 'simple' dishes making you wonder if you have ever eaten better. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Even if they do not have a passable beer on the menu.
