Having placed our order we went down to collect. The sign on the window stated only one person was allowed at a time in the shop and customers were to wait outside to be called when their order was ready. After waiting for over half and hour (considerably longer than their website stated we need to wait) I decided to go in and see if our order was ready only to find it had been ready for some time. The staff were not aware of the sign or process that had been put in place. When we finally got our order it was cold. Dominoes if you have a process in place you need to ensure all your staff are aware of it to save customers getting disgruntled!
Sadly could not leave 0 stars. Wedges were uncooked and cold and for some reason we got two completely different pizzas to what we ordered. We'll done domino's you done it again, at least your consistent.
I ordered pizza for the second time
First experience forgot an ingredient in the pizza.
Second experience I asked for bbq pizza and arrived home with tomato sauce
You should cover the order before delivery the food with wrong ingredient!!
Thank you Dominos tonight. It was our mistake address wrong but you resent us order again. Piping hot, friendly service, yummy food. Top notch customer service and delivery in horrid weather well done all. Thank you.
£45 Order, 90min till delivery. Slightly warm on delivery and driver rude. Informed as the delivery was set as ASAP and not timed nothing he can do. Basically my own fault for ordering from dominos I guess. Sigh.
