Absolutely shocking service.
Called at 17.50. Was advised 2 hours for delivery - no problem. Still waiting at 22.30. Clearly taken the phone off the hook as they can't keep up but can't advise of what on earth is going on either.
I have used this take away before and phoned my order 2 hrs ahead. The lady I spoke with confirmed delivery by 730 but it didn't turn up. When I called they apologized as they had forgotten my order!!! This was a birthday celebration meal and totally ruined the evening. If you use this take away don't order in advance as it seems they can't cope. Thanks Oriental Break for spoiling my birthday 😢
Ordered a delivery at 5.45pm it's now 21.56 no food has arrived we were told up to a 2hrs wait . Can't get through to them absolutely terrible customer service. Will never use them again😡
Very good food from here and never had a bad meal. Yes there can be a wait for food sometimes but that's because its so good and lots of people use it.
Consistently delicious and on time, I've never had any issues myself, best Chinese I've had here
