The food is pretty good and fairly priced, I've often enjoyed their wraps and potato wedges. Though recently I had a really bad experience with the delivery. When ordering through their website, it indicates a 45 minute wait. After 1hr 30m I gave them a call and was told it would be with me in 5 minutes... 1 hour later the food finally turned up.

The chicken is often tasty but on occasions it is not as tasty. In fact it can be dry. As with most of these fast food establishments their goal is more profit orientated than customer service. Nonetheless it is usually value for money.
I ordered 12/06/20 a peri peri wrap meal and a children’s chicken fillet burger meal and Cheesy garlic bread I was told it would be 30 mins. It took an hour and 15 mins to come it was all cold, the chicken burger was missing and the garlic bread was burnt and soggy! I phoned up about 10 times about the burger they Were very rude either put the phone down or told me that someone was bring the burger. I waited hours and never received it. I phoned the next day to be told the manager would ring me back but they never did!
