Super affordable cinema experience. I go here all the time. Have a wide enough variety of movies that your visit is likely to not be boring, but don't have so many options to choose from that it gets overwhelming. I think the selection and variety is just right in amount. The ticket machines are super easy to operate. It's not usually crowded or anything like that and the space is quite large, so I'd say it's pretty comfortable. The chairs in the actual theatre are reasonably comfortable, but not amazing, just sorta average. I think staff mostly seem reasonably nice, but sometimes you come across staff members who seem like they really don't want to be there and don't want you to come up to them, which is fair enough, but still a little unpleasant at times. The biggest downside for me is that a large majority of screens are on the top floor and the elevators are quite small and slow, which means that you spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator and then cramped in an elevator with loads of other people going up or down with you, which isn't very comfortable. Also as a side-note, there's pretty much always something wrong with the entrance in my experience. It's not a huge flaw, but sometimes the door is stuck or jammed or blocked and the revolving door here is terrifying (maybe that's just me though). Overall though, love this place and would generally recommend.

Nice and spacious, no one sitting on top if you, felt safe enough being there.

Adequate covid measures in place, felt safe enough. Hopefully things get back to some kind of normality soon.

Been to Cineworld at the Quays a number of times now over the last few years and it's always decent. The staff are all polite and helpful, there's plenty of space and screens. The self service for tickets on the ground floor are useful but not always working and the toilets are fine and clean. The screens themselves are all clean and in good condition, I dont find the seats overly comfortable especially for long films but there is decent leg space at least. I personally think the prices for food and ticket cost are extortionate but that's just cinema's these days. To be fair when we used to go more regularly the unlimited card was useful and good value however we cant justify that anymore as we've cut down to only films we really want to see a few times a year. I've always thought the ground floor has been a poorly planned use of space and that it still needs more seating while you wait. It's quite minimally furnished.

Very big cinema with varying screen sizes. All the staff are nice and helpful. The cinema rooms themselves are very roomy, the chairs are comfy and there is a lot of space. We ordered our tickets online and printed them from a self service machine when we got there. I would highly recommend doing this because the queues were quite long when we arrived.
