Just went to pick up last minute bits for Christmas, all the shelves were fully stocked and it wasn't that busy either was able to park Straight away .
Well put together staff well versed in covid rules only a few customers don't care

First time visiting Asda Merthyr the other day since the covid outbreak and I am completely shocked as to the lack of any social distancing within the store. The store was way overcrowded, it was definitely way over the safe number of people allowed in the store and all the isles were packed full of people with some not wearing any masks. I thought that the wearing of masks was mandatory? Clearly Asda has total disregard to public safety. They also haven’t bothered installing any traffic light system at the front of the store. This place needs to be inspected by the local council and action immediately taken. I won’t be returning to this store. No wonder places like Merthyr have the highest covid rate.
We do our weekly shop here as it is preferable to Tesco or the German alternative. It has become increasingly stressful as the pandemic continues. The click and collect staff have zero disregard for any social distance and push past you in order to get the items they need. No face masks no politeness to ask to move so they can do their job no following the designated flow nothing. Because of the way it's run with click an collect shopping after 10am there is limited stock levels. So either shop in the evening with next to no stock or run the covid shipping gauntlet
