Great food, was just a bit slow service.
Greeted and seated ok. Food service good, however when my 8 year old daughter came back from the toilet see, she said that while she was drying her hands, a member of staff came out of a cubicle and went straight out without washing her hands!!! This is not good in these times.
We will not be using this MacDonald again.
Went with a friend to have a McFlurry which we wanted to eat inside as the weather was hot. Because I couldn't get the track and trace app up on my phone we were told we couldn't eat inside although we could order and pick up inside. Not everybody has a smart phone. There should be alternatives like leaving a name and phone number. Seems quite simple to me. The McFlurry was very nice which we ate sitting in my very hot car.
They are turning people away at the door who don't have a mask or an exemption card. Brilliant stuff. Showing balls and protecting people. I will always make an effort to come here in the future to repay them for showing backbone and respect.
Perfect. It's always busy here & the staff seem to get the order right!? Food & coffee is normally hot too, what's going on. Keep up the good work! I'm not use to this!!
