Gareth was very professional and informative on my initial enquiry.
Because of this I decided to book with this company.
Refreshing to have someone efficient and knowledgeable.
I took a star off as when I was checking in I was made to feel uncomfortable with my own choice of padlock. This was not Gareth but a colleague of his who said they have to sometimes break open units because people fall behind with payments.
I paid 8 weeks in advance so pretty sure that won't be an issue plus nowhere on their website says you need specific make of lock!
I got the impression he really wanted me to buy one of theirs!
Anyhow overall very good customer service from Gareth, shame I can't say that about everyone.
Wish I could give them more stars. Disclaimer: I ended up not using the storage due to last minute changes but I feel it would be really unfair if I didn't mention about the exemplary service that I received from the manager and staff member Mo throughout the whole process. They are always willing to work around your demands and needs to make it easy and comfortable for you. Highly recommended!
Very helpful team there! Made switching to a smaller unit super easy and even helped fix my car seat while I was there. Can you get any better service than that? Thanks the those 2 guys for sorting me out 👌
Nice storage area but some companies not following guidelines not good needs looking into
A massive thanks to all the staff at Big Yellow Gloucester, without their continuing support our Scout Troop would not be able to operate as we would have no where to store our camping/expedition gear. The management and staff are always very efficient and helpful. THANKS Big Yellow
