We had a Mira shower for 2 years only when the flexible hose split. Asked MIra why this should happen after only 2 years but didn't get a proper answer. They just told me how to get a new one so I sent them £35 & they sent me a new hose. I didn't have any choice as this model hose was not available to buy anywhere else. They were pleasant enough but that doesn't excuse the poor quality of the hose!!
very poor service from all have spoken on the telephone with, average takes 45mins to get someone .appointment booked no one turn up or called to say customer waited all day 2nd shower in the last month had problems with have installed your products for the last 15 years and no more from
now onwards.

I am currently working for Mira Showers (Cheltenham) and I can say it’s the best job I’ve ever had since I came to England. Great team, great support and most important for me is the respect they offer to their employees. I have nothing but best things to say about Kohler Mira Company and I wish to keep working with them for a long time. The products that we build are top quality, great value and very popular as well. My 2 year old shower had a thermostatic valve failiure resulting in no hot water. I phoned Mira this morning and explained the problem. Very helpful guy on the phone talked me through potential remedies. None of which worked . The guy I dealt with was super helpful and is now sending me the replacement parts needed to repair it. What brilliant service .
Did security there lovely staff shame the contract with my company ended
