Have bought from Book drpository many times. Great selection whenever you are looking for. I have never had a problem with them. Books always arrive. Even with the restrictions in place at the moment I have never had an issue with Book Depository orders
Never had a problem with Book Depository, used to buy from them on a regular basis. Shipping worldwide. If the book did not arrived they will send a new copy no question asked. I also used to work with them in Dropshipping, more than 98% of the books arrived on time.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!
They offer worldwide shipping but their prices are so jacked up that the extra money you pay should cover the shipping twice over. The book I got was priced twice of what it actually costs. I bit the bullet since it was the only place that had it.
THE BOOK NEVER CAME!!!
After 2 months with me regularly following up, I'd get a response less than once a week, no one looked into it, the reply was just to delay it. I am enraged.
CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, BARELY ANY REPLY TO MY EMAILS!!!
As mentioned, I barely got any reply. Most of the replies were just so they can push back my concern to the next week. No updates as to what they did to rectify. I asked for a refund, no one gave it to me until now.
I bought a book from this company online and wanted to return it, they said no problem and sent the return address. Two weeks after sending they insist that they haven't recieved the book. I am hitting a brick wall. There is no way this hasn't been recieved in 14 days! Very unhelpful company, I would never recommend them, please be aware when purchasing.
Pre ordered a book 3 days prior to release.
3 days after release the order is still not processed.
My partner has also had the same problem with Book Depository recently.
Won't use again.
