We visited Gravity Force for Fright Night in October half term. The staff were really friendly, their outfits were fantastic and they put on great Halloween themed entertainment for the kids.
The food was good and the adults as well as the kids seemed to be having a fun evening :)
First time going. Covid measures were very good. Felt very safe. Daughter loved it. Staff were amazing. Friends little boy hurt his arm and they were very kind and sympathetic and offered free pass as he missed most of the session. The manager showed excellent customer service. Also you get a table when you arrive so you have a base for the session and food delivered through an app. Fantastic!
We visited Gravity Force for the first time since Lockdown last week and were really impressed with the organisation and safety of everything. The staff were all really attentive and polite. We ordered some coffees using the new table service and they came really quickly and efficiently - this was made our experience so much better as we didn't need to queue whilst keeping our eyes on our toddlers! The table service change was a really good change that enhanced our experience. The use of QR codes for ordering was really easy to use as well. We will definitely be returning soon! :)
Visited Gravity Force Camberley in half term. I just want to thank Amy in particular for great service. You made the whole experience that little extra special :) would highly recommend, especially if you have kids!
It was our first time visiting the park since Lockdown and we were very impressed with all safety measures they had put in place , we all felt very safe. They even have a designated staff member on regular cleaning duties around the park . When I had accidentally spilt my Coffee , I believe it was Oliver that cleaned it up , he was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay , The staff even made a new drink for me which was really kind of them. I will be definitely visiting soon!.
