So I ordered online at about half 11 thinking charcoal was open but unfortunately they wasn’t and I should of known that they would finish at 10 due to curfew. I messaged them on Facebook asking about my refund and they did nothing but compensate me, they gave me my money back and £2 more!! with a portion of nachos delivered to my house!! absolutely amazing customer service with lovely people. I regularly get my kebabs here and think everyone else should, big credits to you charcoal grill. By far one of the most friendliest kebabs with good decent food. Thank you

I have ordered from this place on many of occasions and the few times have been brilliant.. However recently the food has drastically gone down hill. The Donner kebab was so greasy it was as if they had put it in the box and dropped the whole box in the fryer and then sent it out.. I get Donner meat isn't the leanest of meats but it was way to greasy compared to many other kebab houses, within 10 minutes the kebab had gone through me... I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried again a couple of days later but i ordered a burger... that was a very fine mistake. The burger was anemic and dripping with grease, the bun was soggy (condensation) and the fries where dry and cold. I will not be ordering again. Im sorry charcoal but you have gone down hill so much, its such a shame :(

Delivery generally comes fairly quickly, the pizzas are very salty and sometimes undercooked. The lamb chops were very good, the portion size was good and the grilled veggies were very nice. A big plus that it's halal. The fries were a bit off, very hard and generally not nice. Room for improvement

I HAVE FOOD POISONING! ORDERED HERE SATURDAY HAVENT EATEN SINCE, ITS NOW MONDAY THE DOCOTORS HAVE CONFIRMED FOOD POISONING, STOMACH CRAMPS CANT EVEN HOLD DOWN WATER FROM THROWING UP CONSTANTLY! tried to deal with it on the phone but was told to 'come down and prove it!!!' Disgusting customer care considering I have ordered from them a long time and would have happily taken a refund, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
