very professional...
I ordered an egg and cheese McMuffin meal through Just Eat. They took an eternity to make it and still managed to forget the egg and the cheese.
I called McDonald’s and the woman on the phone informed me there was nothing she could do but I would need to contact just eat for a refund. No apology but she did thank me for calling McDonald’s.
Good Covid management; staff on the door directing you to a numbered table, once you have sanitised your hands and mandatory face masks whilst walking to order food and to table. One person to order at the touch screen and the remainder to take their seats to make sure crowding is reduced. Food promptly served at table. Tables are cleared for you as the rubbish bibs closed to reduce crowding at these points.
This McDonald's it's the best in Fareham. Good location, very clean, Sam the stuff, he was very helpful and polite.
Food is ok. Clean. But not aloud to use the toilets due to covid 19 but I was aloud the week before 🤔
