Was looking forward to using the £12.95 starter and main deal that is apparently valid for a few months as advertised on the pizza express website.
However when presenting the deal the apathetic staff could not do it as the till would not allow it.
How can you advertise a deal and then not allow it.
Poor management of vouchers and apathetic staff make me not want to come back.

Pizza express seems to be going down the pan, and it's no surprise. I hate to say it as it's our favourite, but 2 out of the last 3 visits have been bad. We went back to the fleet services branch, as it was great last time. Waiting ages to be served, not even busy. Other tables seen to before us. The guy working that night couldn't do enough for us! But the girls were sullen, obviously to the customer too busy, it was altogether uncomfortable. On a plus, the new pizza with the egg in the middle was yummy!
Food was great as usual from any pizza express. Only issue was with a voucher. I had gone there because I had a voucher for that specific restaurant from their website but I was told "we don't do vouchers here"
Great food. Clean. Pleased to stopped after a long drive. What a great fresh great pizza. Clean place to eat and rest in.

Advertised closing at 2200.. I arrived at 2030 to be told they were closing and could not have a table.. Huge disappointment.. Don't rely on this for a stop off..!
