Renting some storage space here was a good experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable; I was served by Victoria Parker but everyone I saw was helpful. Victoria also showed me the unit to make sure it was what I needed before completing the contract. The units themselves are clean and well maintained. Definitely recommended.
Ordered a large multi pack on line for collection in store. Process was very simple from start to finish and very fast. Staff were very helpful and suggested extra items that would make packing easier and add extra protection to fragile items.
We are in the process of a house move and this is the first time we have used a self storage facility and have to say, the customer service and facilities have been excellent. We were also fortunate to have a discount provided for the first 8 weeks, which has been an added bonus. Jonathan and Victoria have offered exceptional service and any questions/queries we've had have been answered promptly and clearly. Highly recommend Big Yellow, Watford.

Its a good little storage location there is a one way system too get in and out of the store on the road so you have too drive around but its easy too get into once you get your head around it
