We installed new internal doors and a front door from Doors4UK in a second floor flat. The doors are of a high quality and something much better than available from normal UK door distributors. I did experience some issues with the delivery and installation of the front door I ordered that could have been handled better but it was eventually installed and we are very happy with what we bought. Doors4UK were a great help to ensure I was able to obtain the regulations compliance certificate from the local council as they had a number of questions.

Not the best customer service. The door itself is fine, but despite paying a deposit to ensure measurements and fitting the door I have installed is without the auto-close fire safe, and the soundproofing doesn’t work given the ‘catch’ at the bottom won’t come down. I may live in an old Victorian house which isn’t perfectly straight/flat but I thought this would be accounted for as they came before to measure. I was told the team would come back to fix. That was July and we are almost in December and now my emails are being ignored. Sad.

I will always recommend this company for the quality of its products. I ordered custom made doors for my house and they were a perfect replacement of my old doors. Best quality at a fair price.
