I ordered some trainers last week. They unfortunately were being shipped by UPS. I see the bad reviews so expect my parcel will be stolen. Still no parcel has arrived and they were scheduled for 16/11/2020. Only today they changed the tracking info to say I had changed the delivery date,which is just another lie they are telling, I'm so angry at this company and the thoughtless thieves working for them. No one actually helps you resolve this. It's actually given me so much stress trying to sort out. You call customer service and it's literally a different story everytime you call them. I'll be taking legal action for the stress this has caused me.

This Ups Watford is rubbish.. it’s the 3rd time I’m experiencing difficulties with delivery .. it’s stressful improve your services it sucks!!!!never deliver in time

A package was supposed to be delivered to me on Tuesday following collection from the sender on Monday. I tracked the package during Tuesday but after the tracking service stated it would be delivered before the end of the day, nothing happened. No package, no information at all from UPS. After spending a lot of time on 3 (three) phone calls, I was eventually told that the package would arrive by 1pm. When I enquired as to why a next-day delivery did not happen the next day I was told that at the moment it could not be guaranteed on account of the coronavirus pandemic, despite extra charges from UPS to supposedly guarantee it. One of the customer service representatives was downright rude. The package eventually turned up without any explanation or apology for the delay. I do not know what happened and where to cause the delay and, unfortunately, have no faith that UPS would do anything positive to rectify the issue. Selected 1 star but there was nothing whatsoever that I can recommend. Absolutely appalling service!

Been using them for around 10 years. No issues. Common sense should be used as with any delivery sometimes problems can occur and based on some of the reviews I read this "common sense" does not seem to be so common
